how to fix agod I cant effe glitch without it happening

You're probably eFFeing heavy objects? You haven't told us a whole lot so I can't give specific advice on how to make whatever you're doing more stable.

According to the RA2 Wiki (https://wiki.gametechmods.com/index.php?title=Axle_Glitch_Of_Death), using the pause key can help with preventing AGOD. I have no idea since I've never used the pause key while building.

If you're using blue snappers, mount them facing sideways not up. That can help w/ AGOD.
