i don't know why but when i try to use the dsl flamethrower or any of the cheatbot2 weapons none of them work in combat

i have RA2 patch v1.3 as well as DSL 2.1

For the DSL Flamethrower and I think for the hovercraft you need to put a CO2 tank in it.
