My problam is that when i go to play it, the game go's to a gray screen as the main menu i have the downloaded game no CD and would really like to be able to play this game, the only thing that i have done to it is install the patch but with out it my computer said the game could not start PLEASE HELP.

Did you use the 1.3 patch for the download version of the game?

this mite be a stupid thing to ask but i save the file rite
