Title: Graphics Errors

sorry for not letting you guys hear anything from me for the past 6 something months
its DSL 2.0 that got me back here :P.

but now when i play DSL i get a weird graphics error, i know this is because of my videocard, a Geforce 6600 GT, it makes the menu buttons and background appear all stretched and stuff, i was wondering if there was a fix for this for the DSL version of RA2, i already found a fix for the regular RA2 but i wan't to use the better-looking DSL interface,
and will you make a fix for this problem in DSL 2.0 also?

maybe its a mix between the graphics card and directX 9?

and no, there has not been a fix for DSL 1.2.

the dsl 2 graphics seem to work fine on my machine.

No other site has it, you cant download anywhere, no1 knows about except this site and robot arena. It has become redundant you cant even register to be a new user on robotarena. If you were smart you would go to the forums and find it...I said it was pinned, and that means easy to find. If you want somebody to come fix it for you then you are out of luck.

I can at least see who is killing me in Battlefield 2 now...and sometimes even shoot first.

I'm just curious as to why it's doing what it's doing (not looking for too-technical of an explanation, but still want to know why). In addition, will the patch files cause problems with other graphics cards?

To answer yur previous question this is a fix for nvidia 6000+ so it will be like a virus for any other its just for the menu and the designing of the robot not in game graphic's so state ur problem :arrow:

There isn't a problem per se. I have tried getting other people into the game. The patch fixed one person's problems with the standard UI and playing the game. However, on another computer, the patch only fixed the robot-building portions of the game. (UI was fine; Robot building & garage loaded; however no arenas (exhibition matches, SP campaigns, & multiplayer) could be played)

The main reason I'm inquiring, just as an unofficial documentarian. This issue definitely seems like something I'd have to add to my faq(s).
