Ok, so I opened flextop.gmf with Notepad in an attempt to increase the floor's elasticity, but this is what I saw (extremely sorry for the longness):

Yea, you didn't decompile it...
-
k, give me a sec, decompiling it now...
(I have your decompiler)
-
HAHA it's SERGE's decompiler, not SAGE's xD
-
Yeah Sage, you always steal my fame :(.
Have fun with modding, freeziez. If you ever need help, drop me a line.

Ok. How does the decompiler work? (What do I click after I open it?)
-
All the decompiler does is make everything more readable (after starting up the decompiler, select the compiled gmf and click 'Open'; then pick a new name for the decompiled version and click 'Save'). You still need to know what your doing in order for your changes to work (after recompiling). Take a look at the Beetlebro's tutorial (on their site) for a slightly-overwhelming, beginner's look at the GMF. Take a look at other GMF files for the more advanced stuff (such as how to make arenas).

Thank you. Wow, you make it sound so easy!
