yea. so i got robot arena 2 back a few weeks ago. it works fine. but Dummy's GMF Compiler will not re-compile a already decompiled GMF file. "Run Time Error '52' Bad File Name or Number" it says. it decompiles fine but recompiling is the problem. ive also tried the other GMF compiler in the DL section. appologies if in the wrong section.

EDIT: after reading click/fire beetle's tut it said that i need the RA2 CD, OR, download another version of the GMF compiler, in wich the link was down. so i change my question. anyone know of or can provide a link to it?

This is the one I usually use. It should work fine. Make sure there are no errors in the gmf itself either.

That compiler madiaba posted a link to was a quick fix by me. I am wondering, should I create a complete rewrite of the compiler, but this time in C++?
