game buttons all pixly and some dont work

i have played ra2 like since it came out. it just started not working for some reason. heres a pic. Also, the sound for my whole computer stopped working after RA2 crashed one time. I restarted the computer and unistalled and reisntalled RA2 to no avail. I may have just kicked the cord out or somthing on accident, but could it have anything to do with RA2?

i have the same problem, but how can i discover what kind [DL or CD] is my RA2?
oh man, im so sad, because im trying to play this game for a week, sometimes it crashes from nothing, later the game do not respond my commands....its a sh**, im almost givin up
sorry about my english, it's because im from BR and never did english classes

Usually a CD version is inside a CD-.-/Normalmente a versão no CD está gravada em um CD.

Download the 1.3 patch, AND KEEP A BACKUP OF THE RA2 GAME!/Baixe a patch V1.3, E MANTENHA UMA CÓPIA DE SEGURANÇA DO JOGO!

If the game does not work, its Downloaded./Se o jogo não funcionar, é versão baixada.

If the game Work, check the Credits. if it stays at V1.20, Its downloaded. If its 1.30, its CD Version./Se o jogo funcionar, de uma olhada nos Créditos. Se estiver V1.20, é versão baixada. Se for V1.30, é Versão CD.

EDIT: I analysed Every Byte of both RA2 versions. It seems the only diferent folder is the UI folder./EDIT: Analisei cada byte das duas versões do RA2. Parece que o único diretório diferente é o UI.
