Full Screen - SOLVED

I've downloaded https://gametechmods.com/forums/downloads/?sa=view;down=4 and it looks like this https://imgur.com/a/L3wNb How can I make it full screen as if a game I have to press quit or my windows key to get to the desktop?

you literally just go in the options, into the video settings and select fullscreen. Like every other game. Or you can edit ra2.cfg and edit the fullscreen resolution to that of your monitor while you're at it.
