Hey guys.

I have a problem with flippers that i build. The problem is that when i fight it wont flip its opponent. It just goes up a small fraction then drops right back down. Though when i need to self right it has no problems whatsoever. the only way i can get it to flip is if i stick a 2nd flipping arm on it.

Ok. I'll see if i can figure out the bot pic thing. If not, ill get one off my camera. (I still havent figured it out yet. I know what to do though)

I guess the flipper`s to heavy or/and you got to less batts
press f11 ingame.
you will have a screenshot in the "screenshots" folder after that.

well, i did not think that the battery's would affect. I mostly use 2 black battery's

OK, Problem could be:
Weight of flipper
Weight of opponent
Leverage of flipper
Power of flipper

Do you have something keeping the bot stable in the front, like a static wedge?

if its HW, 1 DDT isnt even enough for a MW flipper.. about 4 would be best so a powerful flipper

Before I came here I had perfected a one DDT MW flipper bot.

The bot has the torque to self-right well but not to flip an opponent ? Weird.

Step one: open up game
Step Two: go to bot lab with bot.
Step three: press 11.
step four: go to game program folder.
Step five: go to screenshots.
Step six: it's in there.
Step seven: convert image to PNG.
Step eight: upload it!

Flippers (Vlad style) were my specialty back in the day, so I may be able to help. What do you have on the burst motor? It's important that you don't use a long flipper on a burst motor. if you use an extender, keep it short.

I was thinking more along the lines of... whatever I called that one bot I'm thinking of. It was essentially a Vladiator clone, though I may have given it 6 wheels. I don't think I ever put it up for download.
