DSL 2.0 refuses to patch to 2.1

I've followed the instructions, I've copy-pasted every file manually, and overwrote the original files about six times, and I can't get DSL to patch! I still have Ice Cubed, no BBEANS Champions, and broken E-tecs. I need help!
