I have the dsl package with all the advanced stuff for ra2. Which drive motor would be best to get as much speed as possible for a two wheeled robot?

Could you even READ the damn component descriptions? It clearly states that the Drive E-Tek is the most powerful drive motor.

I did read it and I'm sorry. I didn't think it was a drive motor because if you want to make a four wheeled robot, rectangular shaped and facing long ways and the wheels at the corners of each robot. You can put one motor however you want, but unless there is a way to flip the motor over, when you go to add a second on to the mirroring side, its...uneven. I don't know how to describe it but alot of motors have a "left" and "right" like the npc-t64 motor or "standard"and "reverse" like the reverse angle motor, options but the e tek doesn't. For this motor one would have to move the wheels more towards the middle of the robot to keep them even on opposing sides.

How about clicking the grey little bolts in the preview picture of the part?

I don't know aobut grey bolts but clicking the green things helps mount it differently. Sorry to be a pain. I only have the cd, no instructions and for some reason the tutorials don't work, says there is an error.

You have green things for the E-Tek?? Means your DSL is not installed properly- in DSL, the green things you speak ofare now brown and white, like knotting (and ugly as heck IMO).

Get Sage's Full DSL, link in my sig - it is installed properly and you will have the tuto's on there.
