I added one AI pack to another, making sure not to overwrite any of the AI teams, bindings or teams.txt. For some reason, though, all the robots are now driving backwards and just generally fidgeting around. Halp?

Done anything to do with DSL3 components?
-
What Craaig said. Was it on top of DSL 3, Ironforge or something of that vein? They reverse wheel traction or something for some reason.
-
Nope, what I did was put Resetti's Roaming Robots pack on top of Wham's Robot Wars AI pack. Nothing to do with DSL3, all the mods I installed were DSL 2.1.
-
Pretty sure Wham's pack is DSL3, and as Redline says, the wheels were fixed in that.

So, what do I do now...?

You can go and reverse the motor commands (not the A/D W/S but the Clock/Anti-Clock), copy all the components so you have DSL2 and 3 copies and BFE the bots to have the right ones, give all the DSL2 bots DSL 3 wheels, or you can do the sensible thing and not try merging them.
-
I have the opposite problem. Put DSL 3 on a clean game and I'm the one with bizarre controls.

Nah, that's exactly it x) DSL3 changes the wheels to do that. You need to reverse your controls, that's all. Clockwise becomes counterclockwise and vice versa. Luckily you're in the position where you haven't got several dozen bots to fix.

The wheel GMF's are what you need to replace. You can do that or re-wire each one, which I recommend
