Post by: uragmkwu on July 27, 2012, 09:14:20 PM: I just downloaded the DSL V2.1 Full Download. This is a really cool game. It has Robot Wars and Battle Bots. My question is why does the Diesector robot crash the game?

i dont remember there being a diesector in dsl..... what team is it on exactly ?

Post by: uragmkwu on July 27, 2012, 09:49:27 PM: Omg, my bad. I copied all my old stuff from the earlier dsl and put all my robots into the new dsl. I saw the new download was missing some that I recalled from the older version and so I just copied all the old robots into the robot designs folder in the new game. Robots like Diesector, Toro, and Voltronic which clearly are not in the new dsl and are crashing the game. NVM. Is there no way to make them work in the full download 2.1?

Post by: Mr. AS on July 27, 2012, 10:42:55 PM: i dont remember any of those reps being in any official dsl release @_@ where did you download those bots ? they probably have parts that arent in a fresh copy of dsl when you download it (i.e. custom components (https://gametechmods.com/RA2wiki/index.php?title=Custom_components))

No, they're downloadable from the downloads section of this website (via the front page, not the downloads tab). I just downloaded the pack recently so I know for sure.

Post by: uragmkwu on July 28, 2012, 10:17:27 PM: If i dumped all my old files and robots including those not in the newer DSL like Toro and Diesector and all the files from each folder, into the new folder accordingly, would my old stuff work with the new stuff?
