Title: Disc skin error (solved, ignore this thread)

So I've been trying to do this for ages. I'm trying to reskin the disc here:

I don't understand it. The skins are the same size and both are a tga file.
Anyone wanna help me out here?

This is now fixed
It needed to be saved as a 24 bit or something to get it to work
