Man I have not played Robot Arena in years. I had no idea there was still a community for it. I decided to dust off the old thing and I am running into a bit of a problem. I like to make all my bots custom. I create the bots and then customize them with my own artwork and such. Here is the problem. I remember that back in the day I used to be able to open the bot after I was done with it and then play with the mesh adding my own decals and such to it. For the life of me I cannot remember how to do this nor can I figure it out. Any help?

Honestly I'm a little confused by your question. Do you mean opening the bot in RA2 or a different software?
Assuming a different software (eg Paint to do your own skin), you need to export the skin from the paint shop (or whatever it's called) area of the robot workshop, and you can then open the output file that'll be in the Custom Textures folder of your RA2 directory. You can then import back from the same area of the workshop. :)
