Weird, I just downloaded that S32s version and it worked fine, the funny thing is that the URL of S32s link is the same as the one I uploaded.

Take screenshots and make a showcase. That is the easiest way.

Take screenshots of your bots, showing the weight and insides, convert them to something other than .bmp’s, and post them in ‘kcdowdy’s DSL Showcase’

Oh your talking about showing them off, I'm talking about installing DSL (That was funny) So yes, Think you can help? :)

Btw, I just edited the C.R.U.S.H Bot and deleted that one bot on rookies that i never use, Ever. And made my own experimental bot, Hope that still counts as "Clean"

Quick question, Do i just drag the contents of DSL 2.1 into my robot arena ? And overwrite all?

And what is the patch?
Title: Re: Crashing on desktop
Post by: G.K. on March 15, 2010, 03:24:05 PM
no, keep it as a sperate game. Ignore the patch, and just run the exectuable.

Also its always good to keep 1 completly clean stock version and make copies of it if you add/change something.

Totally agree! Please keep one version of your game completely stock and un-modded.  That way you have a clean version to lean on and copy if things get screwed up. Always remember to save your bots and back them up somewhere often.

Between us, we cover every day, 24/7. :P

I seriously laughed at that... because it is true. :P

On the download page for DSL bots (Because i honestly have trouble building :) ) What does this mean "(You will also need DSL components) (https://gametechmods.com/forums/../Robot_Arena2/bots/DSL_v2.0_AI_bots.zip)"
Title: Re: Crashing on desktop
Post by: G.K. on March 15, 2010, 05:03:53 PM
It's fine if you just out them in DSL. You would need the DSL components if you were adding them to stock.

I've just had 2 power cuts!
