Can someone tell me how to change the color of the components?

Depends on the component. Simple ones have a map folder inside the component folder which you can change the color. other ones use hexadecimal color codes inside the GMF file.

Well, when im at the file, how do i edit it? Paint, photoshop, what do i use?

BMP images can be opened in virtually any editing program you wish

TGA images need to be opened in a program like photoshop, artweaver, photoimpression or gimp (although i don't recommend the last one)

I wouldn't recommend PhotoImpression either. It sucks compared to Photoshop

....fine. I'll include it with my skin pack, and have a few blank components at the end of the lists for you guys to mess around with.

I don't recommend photoimpact either.
