Right Click Bindings > Properties > Un-tick/ un-select Read Only

wrong joe. You have to right click Bindings.PY, not Bindings, because that could be Bindings.PYC, WHICH IS WRONG.

Try copying them into a new file, deleting the old one and saving the new one.

deleting the old one

If he can't save it, he certainly can't delete it...

It might be "being used by another program"?  Try rebooting your comp.

Reier, the whole folder might be Read-Only

I think that's probably it, however I can't set it to non-read only... It says I need the admin account to unset it, however I AM the admin account. It acts like it accepts it, however it goes right back again. Any ideas?

the only thing I can think of when it refers to admin account is the original owner (assuming you downloaded a ready to run version)

have you tried copy and pasting a bindings you can access and edit, overwriting the old ?
