Arena Skinning help

I was trying to add a skin to the DSL Tourney or In cases creating a new arena and this skin won't show the arena just appears with a white floor

Wait, arena skinning is that easy?
I was under the impression it was the same as weapon skinning >__>

it is the same..

editing the BMP is a common thing people do and call it skinning when it isnt really skinning its replacing the image files

file names and resolution cannot be changed unless you edit the GMF file
