Title: AI bots retaining damage

My homemade AI bots start battles looking "damaged" when I play them in tournaments.  I think they might be retaining the damage they sustained in exhibition matches.  Is there any fix for this, and has it happened to anyone else?

It's a form of evening out battles. If you are in full health, they are, if your not, they are not.

I remember Emergency always looked damaged in tournaments, but it always had full health....
