Title: 500 cm disc?

the way you actually get this disc is...

Open Up 3DSM
Make a circular shape 500cm diameter
add all the attachment points, skins, texture, collision and other GMF code
Make the Text File
Export from Max
Copy into RA2
Open RA2 and you will find the disc right there in your botlab
