How fatal is it?

Hey All
Again, i've been jugging multiple topics of RA2, and my latest error: My replica pack =_=
Basically, i'd been working on a replica, made a terrible first attempt at one, exported the skin for it in-game, take a look at the replica again, go back to the game to make a new one, then this is happening:
The second splash screen has a white bar above it (i havent edited it in ages)
When I go on Team HQ, the bottom buttons (Help, Menu & Team HQ) are now just white boxes
Then, when I go to enter a team, the game crashes.
Exhibition all works (robots, arenas, ect.)
Im trying copying what I have over to an old backup of the pack to see if it works.
Has anyone else had this problem before and sorted it out?
If there is a fix, please help me, otherwise this is 7 months of work down the drain (again! =_=)

(If I can get this working then I will start a thread for this pack, seeing as I should of done this a few months ago lol :P)

But Chrisis over it works now :P
To save a thread from being a short lived one, i do have one more question:
Is there anyway of making the decal for a weapon apply to the opponents chassis even after a very slow hit?
Basically, im trying to make a painting sponge, but whenever it hits the opponents chassis the decal doesnt show up.
I have added the decal stuff in.
I dont want it to be a highly damaging component as that would be unrealistic.
So, even after a slow hit, is there anyway of making the decal even slightly apply itself?
Damn I should probably put something fancy in this bit huh?

not noobish.. just unexplored territory

its that the weapon will continue damaging while touching something regardless of the normal "greater velocity = greater damage potential"

if you your have one on a hammer if will do more damage while touching the opponent not just on strike

Funny you should say hammer :P
So, how can I improve the frequency vaules on a hammer to apply a decal on strike and when just making contact?

im not saying it will as I have never tried it but its worth a shot

and a number... say 2-5 give or take, if the weapon becomes to dangerous reduce the P&C
