So for the third year in a row I've decided to do this topic in which we discuss our favourite games of this year.
Why am I doing this again? Cause why the hell not.
There is one rule:
The games can be from any year as long as you started playing it this year.
So here are the questions:
1. What is your personal game(s) of the year?
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
4. Game that surprised you the most?
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?

1. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

2. Favourite Gaming Moment would have to be the satisfaction of finally beating Xenoblade Chronicles and my reaction of seeing the Final Fantasy VII Remake being announced.
3. Favourite Game Soundtrack would have to be Project X Zone 2 even though it is not out over in the West.
4. Game that took me by surprise was Broken Age. One of my favourite video game stories this year.
5. Most disappointing game would be Mad Max. Not bad game but I just could not bring myself to play it for more than a few hours.
6. 2016 is looking like it'll be the biggest gaming year for me. My Top 7 games are:
1. Final Fantasy XV

4. Zero Escape 3: Zero Time Dilemma

6. Fire Emblem Fates

i played tf2 a lot, actually played RA2 a ton this summer also when i was going through my art block as a creative outlet

4. Game that surprised you the most?
depth, i got it on sale and its actually a lot of fun. broforce is great too
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
don't buy games day one, wait till you see how it is before you buy it so you aren't disappointed
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
overwatch
i don't really buy AAA games because they're expensive and usually kinda suck

1. What is your personal game(s) of the year?
Ooh, difficult... I'd say... Either monster hunter 4 ultimate, smash 4, bravely default, or arkham knight (except for that bullsh** ending)
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
The first time I booted up kingdom hearts (wait, was that early this year or late last year?)
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Too many to choose from! Lets say it's a toss-up between Code Name S.T.E.A.M, and bravely default
4. Game that surprised you the most?
To be honest, I expected the indie game "shovel knight" to quickly show up and die, but that surprised me, in a way, as the fanbase quickly grew. A game I played that surprised me was Code Name S.T.E.A.M. The strategy is ridiculously complicated, once you get into it and the MUSIC. MY GOD THE MUSIC.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
Sonic Boom- Need I say more?
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
Fire Emblem Fates! I need it in my body!
Kingdom hearts 2.8 final chapter prologue also has me pretty excited.

1. Undertale and Smash 4 for sure.
2. Playing cook, serve, delicious at 3:30 in the morning and screaming
3. Undertale/Splatoon.
4. Speedrunners. Did not expect that one to stay with me for long.
5. Pretty much all the early access games i played this year.
6. RA3 and I dunno, Doom?

1. What is your personal game(s) of the year?
Smash 4 Wii U. Nuff' said.
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
I guess if announcements count, then I gotta go for Cloud in Smash. It's a big one for me since literally nobody (not even a person named nobody) saw it coming.
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Freedom Planet. That soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous.
4. Game that surprised you the most?
In terms of popularity? Well, I got nothing else, so for that, I'm going with Undertale. It was surprising to me since that game exploded with praise and popularity in the span of four months. And I think it's well deserved, unlike other franchises I know.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
Five Nights at Freddy's 3. I mean, I kinda liked it at first, but then it got less interesting and has some dumb rules that I don't quite get. And it's the most predictable out of the tetralogy, which, even for a horror game, is not a good thing.
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
Star Fox Zero is looking mighty interesting enough for me to pick up and play, especially after so long after the last entry in the series, and of course, Robot Arena 3.
Also, I'm hype for DSL 2.2. That counts. Admit it. :p

Probably Bloodborne.
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
Bayonetta for Smash 4 and Yakuza 0 getting localized
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Easily Yakuza 5's soundtrack.
4. Game that surprised you the most?
MaiMai on the arcades - Never liked rhythm games and at first I only played it because of the game soundtracks included, but i ended up really liking it.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
Descent 3 - Thought it was going to be amazing, but 1 hour of playing it I can't stand it anymore with it's wonky controls.
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
Doom 4, XCOM 2, Dishonored 2, Deus Ex : Mankind Divided, Yakuza 0, Ni-Oh, Nier Automata, there's just so many games i wanna play next year :gawe:

coming 7th place in a street fighter 4 tournament at birmingham comicon

Blazeblue calamity trigger for sure

belive it or not, Sanic ball was suprisingly fun as a cute little racing game
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
Vanguard princess, that game is a fighter without any online... wrap your head around that one XD

1. What is your personal game(s) of the year?
COD BO3, HOLY CRUD THAT CAMPAIGN WAS ACE.
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
Ending of BO3's Campaign, and playing as Darth Vader in the installation of Battlefront.
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Honestly, WWE 2K16's one, although BF (Might be 2014 but i played it again this year) and COD BO3 were both also dank. Except the Tricky song from WWE, that is painful.
4. Game that surprised you the most?
Star Wars Battlefront. Got panned from what i saw, but after a few games im hooked.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
COD Advanced Warfare. The microtransactions just murdered it.
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
XCOM, Dishonored, whatever COD comes out next as Infinity Ward needs to move in a new direction, and any Valve games that come out with Source 2. I also got a feeling that Valve might try to do something with consoles, but that is unlikely with the Steam Box. (Please, PS4 TF2. Dream come true.)

Rocket League, 70+ hours on it and still having fun.
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
Anytime I beat Kripp in Hearthstone on his stream and get him salty.
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Rocket League.
4. Game that surprised you the most?
Rocket League again, it came out of nowhere to be a big hit.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
N/A
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
No Man's Sky and BattleBorn.

1. What is your personal game(s) of the year?
It technically hasn't released yet but I finally picked up Next Car Game a few weeks ago and holy crap it's blown me away. Definitely hooked on it. Close second goes to Splatoon. Xenoblade X will probably be on here too once I get around to actually playing it.
2. Your favorite gaming moment?
I have a group of friends that I game with, and we've created moment after moment this last year. I can't single out one that really stands out.
Also, going to my school's melee tourney and nearly upsetting the second-best player there. That was probably the closest match I've ever played.
3. Your Favorite Game Soundtrack this year?
Undertale, despite recycling its music as much as it does.
4. Game that surprised you the most?
I literally hadn't even heard of Undertale until someone shared a video using its music. The music hooked me, I checked the game out, and I enjoyed its wild ride. Now I'm a bit annoyed at it because it's literally the new Homestuck, but what can you do.
5. Most disappointing game that you played?
I can't say that I have one.
6. Games your looking forward to in 2016 and beyond?
Pokemon Z (whenever that comes out), Indivisible, Cuphead, Mighty No. 9, No Man's Sky, Shovel Knight's Spectre Knight expansion

didn't really play any games that came out last year.
Finally played Fallout 3 though. Played Rocksmith a lot at the start of the year and Prison Architect/Rollercoaster Tycoon sporadically.

As of 2015 the best games I played regardless of release date was Fire Emblem Awakening because it's the first game I played where as soon as I finished it I started a sencond run because the game is that much fun.
