Post all your favorite seeds with a little explanation of each. If your gonna post about other stuff please get out. No spam is needed.

my favorites:

insanity -gives you many little sandy islands surrounding each other. Perfect for a server to divide person per island.
1337 -snowy world that has some tall mountains, random floating blocks, lava on the surface. here's a link.

gophercandy -I thought it was cool because you spawn right next to a bunch of pumpkins. So if you want good light source just craft some torches for them.

404 - When you dig in the gravel, you will find a massive cave system. -zephyr

I LIKE TRAINS - When I used this, I ended up directly next to a craft table, and when my friend used it, he found another craft table, which means that there are at least two craft tables that are already on the map (one is on sand, near water that has a small island at the centre, that looked like a small pyramid. That also had quite a large fores area and three pre-made mineshafts quite near each other. I don't know where my friend found his). -chaosmancer

bighit -spawn surrounded by big mountains. Valley sort of.

Stigma Noisia - Spawns in a massive pine forest

Mojang - Spawns you near a cave with 74 (Yes, 74) diamonds in it.

TheMinecraftExperience - Spawns you in a massive cave

BadSeed - I forgot what this one does, but it was pretty beast.

Steve? - Snowy Island with a bunch of pines

TTTTTTT - Spawns you on a mountain that touches the clouds

5739 - Spawns you next to a massive mine with coal on the surface

Herobrine - Spawns you next to a MASSIVE mine, and changed my 64 coal to 64 Diamond Ore, somehow.

typing in doublestrand as your seed spawns you at the seaside :D

gargamel. Just try it. (caution, you will spawn in a very dark cave, just look for the light to get out)

Unfortunately none of these seeds will work anymore. Apparently 1.8 re-thing-ma-bobbed all the seeds and so they will generate different maps.

Pity because i had found a decent one.

If you type in "SUPER HAPPY FAT MAN" (Don't ask), you would spawn in a forest and if you walked about 20-40 steps forward you would find an amazing cave system.

this is for anything before 1.8

that cave in cydonia 4 was awesome- spawns you near a beach that is near a gigantic desert with tons of cacti. This started the phrase "Cactus Orgasm" among my friends.

this one is for 1.8

Worst Seed Ever (dunno if there are exclamation points or no caps)- spawns you onto an island with no land near and like 2 trees on it.

I really dislike the new landscapes of 1.8. Even though 1.7.3 was a bit unrealistic, it was pretty entertaining.
