kicked BD and installed Avira (still looking for another antivir) and now steam works fine again :)

That's the Powerjack. That's a custom weapon, I think.

I believe it turn's that colour when a Soldier gets out the Buff Banner.
...And some to do with mini-crits.

Its the Power Jack. The server I was at has melee weapons do criticals.
...Though it's a 'VS Saxton Hale' game, so melee weapons aren't exactly "pro".
Oh, and when its down to just 2 or less people, the guys who are agenst Saxton get a bonus where their weapons do mini-crits.
