Ok so the first one was quite linear as to what race would win (rock paper scissors effect)

so how about another ? only thing time its a 4 way making he results much more randomized

it will be played out on another map Made by me

those are rich minerals and rich vespene so cash flow will be faster.

3 Races to chose from like last time (Terran, Zerg or Protoss)

Green - GK - Terran
Light Pink - Scrap - Zerg
Violet - GroudonRobotWars - Protoss
Light Grey
Dark Green - Badnik - Zerg
Brown - S_M - Zerg
Light Green - Ianh05 - Zerg
Dark Grey - Thyrus - Protoss
Pink

Races have to be even amounts, so first in first pick

Remaining Terran - 0
Remaining Zerg - 0
Remaining Protoss - 2

just tell me your chosen colour and race and your in... thats all you have to do.  :gawe:

On star craft 1 I do best with them I can fend off attacks for hours by the zerg and Protoss. (exsept when the Protoss spam that strom thing!)

I think he's talking about psionic storms.

But yeah, Marine + Siege Tank combo is awesome. As turtling in bunkers.

psionic storms I hate them!!!!! Protoss always spamed them later for me.

Seige tanks Rape to much in SC2 :P

just path block with supply depots and have Seige tanks out of harms way behind them

just place 1 SCV for every Suppy Depot and you have a pretty damn unstoppable blockade for ground units passing through

Terran and zerg can rush effectively protoss can't unless they get ignored long enough.

Protoss can very effectively rush with cannons.. just the AI doesnt

but if they use Stalkers or Cannons instead of Zealots they will achieve better results

just like how the AI skips the Lings and uses Roaches

not that I know of... you can change the difficultly which ill change if they rush or play longer games but they will always loose if they dont rush.

sadly its just something you have to accept with full competition SC.. people rush..unless you use path block maps.

The AI is better for Terran for some reason.. it rushes while the others dont so much

for those that want proof I re-recorded the end of match 3


wait... that probably just confused everyone by saying that...

basically I run the match > save the match replay > click view replay > click playback in 2x speed > record it with Fraps

so when I say re-recorded its still the same video :P

the zerg players dont know anything about using roaches they have an awesome ability that when burrowed underground they regain HP.. they should make that the first focus to research and spawn roaches then attack > burrow > attack > burrow only coming up when health is full..

since the Terran dont build detectors its seemingly an unlimited supply of roaches..

solution,

1) watch the video

2) identify what your team colour is

3) work out that if your team is still on the map at the end of the video you have infact won...

4) celebrate

5) give JoeBlo your wallet..

Purple is the area that zergs create and need to build stuctres on, also they move faster on that terrain too.

Also your avatar really needs to stop going at the pace of most of the songs in my playist, its really distracting.

If you are doing a 3rd AI tournament, make the map little bigger, the AI might stop with these silly tactics and you get more reasonable battles.

Also tell me, is it possible to use the map editor for this without having the game iteself?

I could make a map too, I have made some for Generals and Red Alert 3, tough those are lost currently.

yes and no..

you can only get map editor by installing the game but you dont need a serial code to use map editor, only to play the game (so your free to make as many maps as you like just cant play them or publish them :P)

I think thats right anyway..

the AI use worker rushes isnt map size.. its the insane difficultly tactics.. now it looks stupid when they fight other insane difficultly AI BUT try fighting them yourself and they will likely kill you off with workers unless you can micro as fast as them.. :P

and no I probably wont do a third one of these.. there is little demand or purpose.. I mean the guy who won this one didnt even know what was going on.
