fun fact: you can vote more than once
Really? Imagine that. I think one character is enough. I think more than that is kinda asking for too much in my opinion.

Edit: Oh yeah, Badnik, Sakurai originally planned the Ice Climbers as playable characters. He had them working fine in the Wii U version, but in the 3DS version, he had trouble getting them to work and as a result, he had to scrap them unfortunately. I don't see them coming back sadly. Sorry.

The fact that they put Mewtwo in as paid DLC, the massive amount of mii costumes locked behind microtransactions and the fact that the Ness semiclone is in instead of an original character is kind of disappointing to be honest. At least Samurai didn't have Mewtwo be on disc DLC from day 1, unlike a certain company I know. I'm still surprised they haven't introduced any stage DLC as of yet either.
I'm hoping for Snake, K Rool, Toad, and G&W buffs. Judging from previous patches though, I assume "character rebalances" more likely means "we nerfed greninja again LOL".

yeah but what if they put mario brothers in
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

So Mewtwo came out today and I've been trying him out since this afternoon. He's pretty fun. There are some moves that are cool but others I just think are better from Melee or PM. I'm starting to get the hang of him and he's becoming one of my many mains. Also, when using him against Lucario, I had a hard as hell time trying to beat him. (Oh the partial irony.)

I've had Mewtwo for two weeks already :V

He's better than he was in Melee, but I have no clue where he matches against the other characters in smash 4 because I haven't gotten the chance to play much smash recently. Loving his smash attacks.

Uhh, I might be late to discuss this, but since no one else has said it yet, I might as say it. We got some new Mii Fighter costumes. While not very exciting as a new character, this could mean something. Anyway, we got a K.K. Slider costume, and a costume, wig, and a piece of headgear of Inkling from Splatoon. I was more concerned about the latter since it's a rumor that Inkling might've been/might still be a possible candidate for the roster. Could this mean this Mii Fighter costumes deconfirm her as an actual DLC character? What do you think?

I got a bad feeling that I should not be writing this at like 11:00 at night.

Yeah but doesn't megaman have a mii costume? and hes obviously is in the game.
I don't think it would deconfirm inklings but it wouldn't confirm them either.

So, the second DLC pack has come out. Containing some Mii Figter costumes, two new stages, and of course, three brand new characters.

Lucas is pretty cool and it feels like one of those characters who got some buffs and nerfs from an almost near exact moveset. Okay, I haven't been playing him much. Sue me. :P

Roy (the Fire Emblem guy) feels so much better than he was in Melee because he has a good amount of potential in his attacks along with his speed. Seriously, he is fast. (Is that supposed to be his normal running speed in his games?)

Ryu is pretty innovative since he has a moveset where you can increase the strength of his special attacks through commands akin to the street fighter games. However, it has quite to learning curve since combining Smash Bros controls with Street Fighter controls can lead to doing things you don't mean to do, or things you want to do don't actually do it. He is still fun otherwise.

Well, I probably have offended someone. Your thoughts?

New characters were all solid - Roy especially seems greatly improved since he has pretty good throw setups, plus nair autocancels.

If anyone wants to play me just shoot me a PM asking for a friend code (I can play Wii U but I prefer 3DS since I have to switch my consoles round to play WiiU), I've got a good R.O.B., an okay Charizard, and a decent Meta Knight.

ryu's implementation seems quite good... i mean it looks enough like SF2 Ryu and SF4 Ryu in moveset.

but what i don't understand is why Ryu in a Nintendo game ? Capcom =/= Nintendo.

Ryu hasn't impressed me. I used to play SF4 so I know how most of the inputs work, but I've tried to make him work for quite a while and he seems so lacking in reliable kill moves. Shoyruken is the only one that seems to be consistently strong enough but it's janky as hell and was always the one SF input I had trouble constantly pulling off.

Other people are probably having much more success than I am with him and I don't deny that he probably has a lot of potential that I'm missing out on, but it's personally not working at all for me.
