Because I say so. And look at the Entry list. Every team has team mate and same cars with same colours. Except Rockstar Energy Drink Racing, but the colours are so close eachother. Example.

Car 1: Black and Red
Car 2: Black and Red
Good.

Car 1: White and Green
Car 2: White and Dark-Green
Good.

Car 1: Blue and Red
Car 2: Green
Bad.

Exactly as Jonzu says.
Example: In F1 you see Ferrari's cars are both red, so you can tell that they are on the same team. If the other car was blue, you would mistake it for some other team.

Oh, now that I look closer at the splash so far, not many teams have same color cars, you gonna fix all of them to single color set too?
