Just started a post to talk about the game Robot Wars: Arenas of Destruction. This is a place where you can share screenshots, robots, or just talk about the game in general.
-
I have, won all the events , but now it won't work on my computer and I had all the money in the world.
-
I have a question, and I need it answered. When playing with my bot, Grim Ripper, when I try to move left, it moves me back, and when I try to move right, it moves me forward. But, the up and down arrow keys work perfectly fine. Can someone help
-
wasnt there already a big thread about this game?
I beat the whole thing with a weaponless robot which proves the level of AI :P
-
I liked flipping the house bots OOTA with Chaos 2 and Behemoth. BTW, I have the computer game and I found it at Menards, the same place I got RA2
-
have you seen my youtube video of flipping all house robots oota in the studio ?

sorry wrong game. ED I did that.. this game is 100% better then ED
-
have you seen my youtube video of flipping all house robots oota in the studio ?
Yes.
Now if I can get it to work again on my pc.
I won one of the hardest tournaments on AoD with a bot that can't self right, is very slow and had almost no weapons, and I fought Chaos 2, who drove into the pit.
-
I just use Behemoth. If only its batteries were better.
-
All you need in this game is a robot that can self-right. that's it.
-
not even.. park overlapping a corner of the pit on the opposite side to an opponent and they will drive in
-
this game and ED both are pretty crappy really. they were ok, because it was all of robot combat i knew about till i found RA2.
-
Can someone send it to me?
-
nope...
-
Pweese?
-
no. seriously, you do not want it. you don't miss anything.
-
Acually, from watching vids on youtube, I do want it, really bad..............
-
Trust us Sparkey, you don't want it. RA2 pwns this hands down.
-
No, I do.
EDIT: I was thinking of ED.
-
What I said still applies.

Actually, Sparkey, it is a good game, really. You should get it. But, G.K. is right, RA2 still pwns it.
The best place to get the game, if you really do want it, is from Amazon:

This one is worth coughing up the money.. RA2 may be better but this is still fun and more realistic then ED
-
still strongly disagree. and don't use limewire for games, use torrents!

(And G.K, don't tell me this again: "No need to overload the smileys" because I'm not overloading on them. I'm just referring to Preytor_4's "Dancing Red Guys".
