What it is: A carnival building simulator.
Graphics and such?: Very good, no lag, lots of lights, able to ride rides
Cost?: Bargin Bin type game
What is in this?: Many carnival type rides, such as The Ring of Fire, Zipper, Mega Drop, Orbitor, Rainbow, 1001 Nachts, Caurosel, Giant Wheel and more, but no coasters. Also many fair games and food including: Water Shoot, Ladder Climb, Strength Test, Burger Stand, Elephant Ears, Root Beer and much more.
To run a fair you will need: Ticket Stands, Generator Trucks or Trailers and Washrooms and of course Rides, food and Games
Mostly a game to get if you don't have money or don't want to buy No Limits: Fairground or Virtual Rides. And also if you don't feel like setting up a fair in RCT3.
This only costs like about from $5 to $10, so it is cheap. It is worth the money, it is better than the price.
I play it lots, but build fairs in RCT3 more than in this.

Kinda' reminds me of this one game I have lying around somewhere called "Ultimiate Ride Coaster Delux"(or something like that).
Basically you would make a coaster, which literally has no limits to how you can make it(despite the fact it cant go underground and has to obey the terrain), and then you proceed to ride it.
Games that actually simulate carnivals/theme parks are always neat.

Wasn't that the one made by Disney?
Still, I'm going to stick to No Limits and RCT2, since they appeal to either of my preferences (scenery or proper coaster design).
