That's right, a fan-made remake of Command and Conquer: Renegade was recently released.

I haven't got to the multiplayer yet of the original Command and Conquer: Renegade so I can't say how different it is from the original. It does have a hell of a lot better graphics though, I'll tell you that. The Ion cannon and Nuclear Strike look as bad ass as ever.
