teutonics are pretty resistant to siege weapons when not packed too tightly, it takes 5 shots of a heavy scorpion to kill a teutonic. they are slow but also fast enough to surround an attacking group of sieges in a short time, especially with squires research completed. nevertheless if u are good at micromanagement you can still finish a group of teutonics with archers but you'll definitely need to have your archers outnumbering the teutonics. also the second pack of teutonics will be in their way as you finish the first wave of them.

you seem to be forgetting the walls in between the siege/archers and teutonics.

This game was a big hole in my gaming history. Nearly all my friends knew it except me. I got hooked to SWGB instead and no one knew it. There are 2 kinds of people in this world: AOE II players and SWGB players.
