You know, in Pokemon Red/Blue...If you just rely on your starter(Squirtle for maximum easyness), you can pretty much Nuzloke the whole game with just 1 Pokemon. Not counting HM-Slaves, of course.

best and stupidest game over ever for my nuzlockei was at the elite four after a bit of grinding and i had got to the 3rd one (ice) with 5 pokemon (claydol D:). i obviously didn't have a great typing so i got swept by the walrein with sheer cold and parahax until i was down to kingdra with like 5hp left. i knew i could outspeed him but of course i forgot about the sandstorm from tyrannitar i sent out before. so kingdra goes in and then dies straight away and it takes me a while to figure out what just happened. Team:Tyrannitar level 48. it wasn't as great as i'd thought it would be, probably because it didn't have any dark moves. still pretty cool though.Claydol level 47. my starter pokemon was pretty awesome with high defenses and a cool moveset, shame it didn't last long in the e4.Flygon level 50. great pokemon all round, eq raped quite a lot but otherwise it didn't have the best moveset.Muk level 51. this is the most underrated pokemon ever i swear, raped everything, especially the e4 until sheer cold D:. oh well i'm so going to use this more.Kingdra level 49. surf and blizzard killed pretty much everything. good stats all round so it was pretty awesome. not much else to say about this one.And moltres level 46. it sucked so hard honestly. overheat as much as i hate to say it was the only good move it had for the whole game and it just didn't do very well altogether. so with that done, any recommendations on new random nuzlockes i should do? i'm thinking more towards hacks
