Lol, I'm so doomed against Jasmine. My team now consists of Yanma, Misdreavus and a Vulpix I've caught just for this gym :L

Started with Cyndaquil. Haven't caught anything else yet.

It's okay. Wi-Fi isn't work here so it was impossible anyway.

Just got my chikorita and was shocked when it learned razor leaf just as it leveled up to 6.
Now level 8 with a lvl 5 vaporeon, just got the egg to ~~elmo~~ elm

You're kinda relying on vulpix tbh, misdreavus might be a bit useful though :P

Starting with Cyndaquil. I had made it to Violet City before but I didn't realize id didn't overwrite the old save and had to lose all my progress. I was so pissed.

lol, I've already trained it to level 10 and its only attack move is Lick, which it means it will be worthless in the first gym :P

yeah but it's worthless against most of everything except for Weedle and Zubat, neither of which give much EXP

I know. I got mine a but later I think. It's a Haunter now and is lvl 42... I think.

actually using Gastly, he learned Curse and my strategy is to use Curse then Hypnosis

I'm trashing team rocket at the radio tower with my ridiculously overleveled Yanmega and Misdreavus. xD

Fortunately, I have a tinted lens yanmega, which made jasmine a lot less difficult :P

Cool. Quilava looks pretty awesome IMO. Typhlosion even more, and I have one. I've just entered the Victory cave now.
