In HG I swapped Skarmory for Wobuffet just for Counter and Mirror Coat (only for the 8th gym though lolz). Thinking I shoulda traded out Quilava instead though.

In Ruby I'm in Mauville. Not ready to challenge the gym yet though. Taillow evolved and is 5 levels above my Marshtomp (lv17) ROFL

it's defences suck hard, aswell as not so great/average hp

Although it is fast with good sp attack if one of the elite four hit it it will probs lose a lot of hp

and idk if it knows good moves before elite four, doubt it does unles you give it thunder which will miss quite a bit
doubt thunderbolt will ohko much tbh :P

well i replaced Swellow with Trapinch, because by the time I get fly it'll be a Vibrava anyway XD

Beat Flannery with Zangoose and Swellow actually, Marshtomp got literally no action and Shroomish lasted for many turns against Torkoal LOL
