In Blackthorn now, looking for a Skarmory. Eevee's lv 30, and IT STILL HASN'T EVOLVED

I am dissapoint. I wanted an Umbreon, not some Eevee that won't evolve. =(

Also Marty, get Skarmory :P It's awesome.

Murkrow lv30 (will be swapped ASAP)
Eevee lv30 (I WANT AN UMBREON)
Gengar lv31
Quilava lv30
Quagsire lv31
Heracross lv30

Eevee will only evolve if it's very happy with you and will only become umbreon in the evening and night.

Ramming some base stat raising medicine helps for more happiness.

Gonna find a shiny stone to get a togekiss pretty early if i get togetic.

*cough* Can't get a shiny stone till after the elite four...the only non johto/kanto pokes you can get before are mamo, yanmega,lickilicky and tangrowth :P

Nope, you see gamefreak were sneaky, and put dusk and shiny stones in the game, but only in places you need at least 8 badges and the elite 4 to get to them. :L

No, it says on Serebii there's a chance of getting a Dusk stone from your mom if you allow her to save money for you and buy stuff.
