erm you're filling out the stats wrong. You need to use 680 points, and no stat can be lower than 60 (and no higher than 100)

also, sponsor?

You do know that you will have to limit the entries to 42 AI drivers, right? The 43rd position is reserved for the player. All you have to do is retire your player before the cars leave pit row and watch the race in the replay area.
