Looks excellent. =D I'm pleased that everything fit. Slightly blurrier than I thought, but that might just be the shininess.

Possibly, though I don't want this car to have the 3 color scheme that was on my cars for the last 2 NASCAR tournaments

I actually just changed my mind, I want it orange and black, as the black would be on the top half and for the orange to be in the shapes of flames on the bottom half of the car.

The Motorstorm skin was for the GTM Shootout, which was in NASCAR Racing 2002 Season, which still won't work with the NR2003 game. It sucks, I know.
