I can never use a controller again after PC gaming for so long. I'm using a G500 and G15v2 right now. I occasionally use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for flight sims like FSX and IL Sturmovik, but never an actual controller.

EDIT:

I found two sites that have great PC gaming stuff.

http://www.cybersnipa.com/us/
http://www.razerzone.com/

I'm personally getting a Mionix Naos 5000 soon, because I'm not impressed with my logitech gear and am looking to move on. I used one at a friend's and came away extremely impressed with the comfort and accuracy, although if you use the claw grip don't get one.
you are not impressed with a G500 and G15? only better i can think of on keyboard is the G19 (which i have, and is great) and the Optimus Maximus.
for mouse... G500 is great stuff.

I use a Logitech MX Revolution mouse that I purchased 4 years ago. It doesn't receive all the time, but I believe that it's just the USB receiver that is malfunctioning. I'm getting a new receiver which should be here by tomorrow.

As for my keyboard, I use a Saitek Cyborg. I used to have an Saitek Eclipse II but the keys were going out on it.

It is. I can't stand flatscreen monitors for real gaming, so I stuck with the CRT. The mouse is actually really awesome, except when the ball gets dirty and it won't work.
