Monster Truck Madness 2
« on: February 26, 2012, 10:23:25 PM »
Since we do not have a thread about this, here is one.

IMO is probably the best monster truck game ever made.

And does anyone know if there is a pod file to load more than 30 trucks and tracks into the game, I swore there was one.
Edit: Never mind, I found it.

Game was pretty good back in the day. Pretty dated now, though.

or if you have your heart set on MTM2, try getting your mitts on MFR loader, it uses the games source files but loads a different physics engine thats much better shame it stayed in beta phase.

Hi JB.
The only game I've ever played with Monster Trucks is Motorstorm. Bit different to these, but honestly the physics look terrible here.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

A multimillion dollar company vs monster truck fans making things in there free time does that.

Problem is Activision is the only company with an interest in making Monster Jam/ Truck games (which are terribly arcadey)

Id love the makers of Motorstorm or MX vs ATV to pick up the Monster Jam video games..

Another un-released game is Monster Truck Destruction, These guys have and are spending so much time with the die hard monster fans to make everything as realistic as possible, I even did some artwork for them. When it arrives it will easily take the cake as the best Monster Truck Sim.
