...And I need Beta Testers to test out the game for me.

It's a Super Mario Brothers hack, called Super Mario Sasuke. (Refering to the Japanese name of Ninja Warrior, not the Naruto character) it has been in the works for a while; I started hacking in 2007, then starting making this is late 2008, before losing all my data early 2010. Recently I got my old computer back up and running, and the project has been going along swimmingly.

One letter of notice: THIS IS NOT GONNA BE EASY. It requires a LOT of precision jumping and patience. If you've ever watched or played SUper Mario Forever, imagine that, but with 16 LEVELS of that, and with only 9 lives.

To run the game:

Load up VirtuaNES, go to File>Open, then choose Super Mario Sasuke Trial.

Do keep in mind, this version is from yesterday. If the levels in World 2 are a glitchy mess, it's because they aren't finished. Well, they are now, but the finished versions aren't on this laptop YET.

Aaah, that'd be funny... Tell him to record it as well, using Hypercam, fraps, or the in-built recorder.

Z or X, but it's possible to change the controls if you go into options, then controller.

Screen recorder. Basically the same as fraps but no record limit (AFAIK the free version only adds a bouncing watermark that really doesn't do much to the quality of the vid)

@Video: Those earlier stages can be abused to no end because of the Bullet Bills, btw...

Also, a stage in which you are forced to die in order to get more time is kinda' cheap TBH :/

Still... The whole thing reminds me of your Cat Mario Play-though

You aren't forced to die, It's just that I didn't get past the fire sticks in time. I could've done the level with about 3 seconds to spare if I did :P

And about the bullet bills, how?

BTW, in the original SMB, you got either 300, 400 or 800 seconds of time.

In this, you get 100, 200 or 400.

So even the TIME'S against you.

I can only do it by 100 second chunks.
