I have recently bought unreal tournament 3 on steam (insert whoo noises here) but i have an annoying glitch the really P***es me off .The rain sun snow wahtever it is(i cant tell) looks like this*picture*.The picture is of the haunted zombie mod the problem happens in most maps that invlolve rain snow steam (as i said i have no idea waht it is) Please help me if you have had this problem and the was a fix send it please or if there is another way to sort it out please help me.Oh and i still havent worked out where the picture uploader is so im sorry if it annoys you to download my pics

Immense bump. Due to my lack of computer knowledge turns out it was because my graphics card hadn't been updated for two years.Happily residing on a new much more stable computer now.
If anyone else gets this problem just reinstall the game and update your drivers.
