At first I was interested... but then I came to my senses.  I don't have time to decipher more game-specific mumbo jumbo.

22/9/18 is the score on what's known as Kills/Deaths/Assists

Kills is how many opponent Champions you've killed
Deaths is how many times you've died
Assists is when you don't deal the killing blow on the opponent Champion but still aid in bringing it down (this, unfortunately, includes when someone killsteals from you)

MF is Miss Fortune (I believe), one of the Champions you can play as

Carry is a class type. I can't remember all of them, but I know that Assassin and Ranged are two of them as well

Runes and Masteries are things I don't even look at, so I don't know much about that
