If the .PSD was saved as a .PNG file format, I'd be set. I could mess around with it in Paint.NET, if that would work.

im installing photoshop so I will grab the Photoshop templates and make then PNG friendly

The Nascar Thunder 2003 ones I found have over 20 layers...?
 
EDIT: Going to be working on my car skin more. Want that perfect stripe.. else a car that just seams.

well if you have Fireworks I can give you a layered PNG

otherwise I adapted other car templates to single layer PNG's before.. they dont look as nice but work in a wider range of programs

And I reckon I could mess around with it enough in Paint.NET for it to look alright.
