I finally beat it in 2-player mode a while ago. It's a good game, but really freaking hard.

there are 255 lvl's and a glitch that allows you to goto lvl 256 and once you complete that, you go to lvl 0. Then the game needs reseting

It was on a Namco arcade collection for GCN, I think it was modded to be beatable.
