My favs are

Red: Pokemon HG/SS
The BUNK3R(bunker): Borderlands 2
The Egg Dragoon: Sonic Generations
and EVERY SINGLE GOD DAMN BOSS FIGHT FROM METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE.

Man at legs was awesome, I wish it could have come back for Pikmin 3

On that note, the Sandbelching Meerslug from Pikmin 3 was a very fun and memorable boss battle, even though i lost half my squad the one time it caught me
