"Thaco" always confused me. Even sometimes pissed me off because I couldn't understand it.

I hear that they eliminated it in later revisions of the handbook but I haven't been bothered enough to pick one up.  :P

I'm guessing they did, since I have absolutely no idea what Thaco is and I've only read the 4e rulebooks.

Here you go!
Now you can feel the pain too.

Brings back great memories though.  I loved playing D&D back in the day. We went for the full nerd ensemble.  Mt Dew, candles, medeival music, etc etc.  Commonly, my gamer friends and I would stay up all night and crash when the sun rose.  We had so much fun.

D&D 3.5 is my favorite RPG ever, sadly wizards is making a cash cow out of the franchise right now.

And THACO isn't that difficult to get. The lower the value, the higher is the bonus is on your attack rolls.

DP and BUMP: Best. Session. Ever. We ate dryad skin that allowed us to teleport, our sorcerer tried to convince a dragon that our rogue was a minor deity and we then dogpiled said dragon. I'll post a full summary soon, short on time atm.

LOL WUT

our sorcerer tried to convince a dragon that our rogue was a minor deity

What's said sorcerer's Intelligence stat, exactly ?

I fully side with the dragon for such an awful use of Bluff.

I don't remember, but it was pretty low. The only reason the dragon even knew the rogue was there was because the sorcerer had said "There's a rogue behind you." despite the fact we had agreed to let the rogue get in a sneak attack.

Also, we killed a dryad and some pieces of its skin were "sparkling" so I used an Arcana check to see what it was good for if anything. It allowed us to teleport between trees when eaten.

Even moar when multiclassed with a monk.

Hell, any Wisdom caster/monk is awesome.
