Generic FBS is generic:

3 ants (1 per spin motor?), slimbody drive, piglet for disc, plastic 3... It havoks and flips over when the match starts. :/

I might make some IRL bots, too.

You could probably stop the havoking by making the chassis slightly bigger. You have the weight for it.

Yeah, make the chassis slightly bigger and improve armour if you have the weight. Also, it's not a FBS but an FSS (Flail Sheck Spinner).

In theory, yes. And those are Astroflight motors you have, not Slimbodies. =P

Also, you might want to swap the flailing irons for razors instead, irons are mostly concussion, so don't work too well when attached to flails. (inb4Urjaksuggests1WD)

Those motors aren't very good for flipping. Use Spring Loaded Motors.

Not sure if this matters but it can get under Second Sentinel and flip it out of the DSL Tourney arena.

For the flipper,

Move the drive closer to the front so the bot has a smaller turnig circle which will make it harder to flank. You could go two routs to eat up the weight, more armor or another JX burst mounted (externally or internally) between the other two.

Flings Second Sentinel even higher now. Plastic 3.

Irons on flails aren't as good as razors.

Anyways, 3 Betas is overkill. It's very underpowered for now, and you don't need 4WD on a HW flipper.

Not even close to enough batteries for that. Drop down to 2 Betas.

@Naryar it is possible to get 3 Betas fully powered on a HW, but it just ruins the rest of the bot.

I'm guessing I went overkill on the batteries but I was looking at the amps... Tite 3 (or 5? I can't really remember) and the betas rupt every time you fire them.

EDIT: By the way, should I use Nar AI instead of regular DSL?

I dont think your QUITE good enough for Nar ai, but try this:Make 3 bots.Lw MW Hw.
Try to beat all of the ai in each bots weight class.If you get them all with out losing then go to nar ai.

Yup, skirt hinge. And I was wondering about Nar AI because I know that it has different components in.

It has some different components in it, but quite a few components, such as motors, have a heap of extra HP in NAR AI over DSL, so you don't get a completely true view of what it can do in combat. For example, if you have an exposed Perm 80, it'll do very well in NAR AI with the 4,500 HP, but once you take it over to DSL and it drops to 400HP, it'll likely get taken off in one fell swoop. Check Blood Orange in CCIV to see what I mean.
