Big wheels on an SnS this size would be bad, it'd be very wobbly when it was spinning, and easier to get a wedge underneath it and put it off balance. I think there's not much in the way of improvements that can be done, spare maybe weapon placement.

So if I've done the maths correctly that'd make the chassis near to 49kg...that sounds about right to me.
