Yeah, I know, I had loads of extra weight so I just tried to increase the front protection!
I know that on MW's & below that BSG's are better but don't HW's need that bit of extra power?
I'll try to improve the HW.
No critism on the MW, is it actually OK?  ;)

Ounce, I don't understand how my extender work can be lighter but if you'd like to explain that a bit further it would be great. :P
So something like this:

Notice that I just used 2 extenders to attach the weapons, and I think I have a way to improve your wedge and armor setup as well:

You can change the armor setup to just a 40cm metal skirt or a side panel on a single ME (multi-extender), and with the free weight gained from that and the weapon extenders, you can change the wedges to small wedges on 1 or 2 flipper segments on metal hinges.

Challenge Record: 2 Wins - 2 Losses

What exactly are you talking about ?

I know that on MW's & below that BSG's are better but don't HW's need that bit of extra power?

As said before, BSGs have the same torque as Mag Snappers but lower max speed. But maxspeed doesn't really matters in that case, plus BSG's retract stronger, hence they are better for self-righting as well.

Right, I'm still struggling with the HW (still can't get it to self right) but in the meantime, I've made a SHW:

Rotation 2 (Once again, if you have any better name suggestions then feel free to post them ;D)
2 6 mags driving 2 70kg hammers.
8 ants
Npc fast with technos
Titanium 3 I think
Really good wedges - Gets under second sentinel every time
The stance needs to be that wide for it to be stable - after a lot of time it turns without floating in the air.
I tried it with 2 dp's but then it was so unstable that once it tipped a little it was completely uncontrolable, its still powerful enough though :P

Needs a smaller chassis. Reminds me of something 123 or SD would make.

I've tried it with a smaller chasis, but it needs the large stance to be stable.

NPCFs with Technos is crazy drive on a VS especially if it has axle wedges. :O

Instead of using such heavy DSL bars just for stabilizers, you can easily use 80cm (or 120cm) angled sheets and just fiddle around with the rotation to your liking.
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)

It's a SHW so it's fine.

It looks pretty good but i think you're wasting weight on DSL bars. Do what pwn said.

Also axle hinges are bad when pitted against another wedge.

OK, thanks for all critism. Heres the updated version:

Revelator 3
Insides are the same but with a new wedge setup. I'm not sure if I like it as much however, as soon as it tipps backwards it is uncontrolable & the wedges are worse. Titanium 3, 1199.1kg.
The name is much better than mine FOTEPX but I'm still not sure about it, I'll still keep it for now though! :P

A new robot - GyroPhobia 3

Perm 80 driving 2 60kg hammers, quite a nice weapon IMO  ;)
Titanium 3, not sure about the weight but its pretty much 399.
I got that skirt hinge botton idea from somebody else's showcase quite a while ago. Naryars I think, so credit to whoever it was for that.
It hasn't ever lost to lock nut because the 60kg hammers stay on much longer than its 30kg ones, most of the time it wins to tornado but has lost once or twice I think.

And Slim + Hypnos is fine on a MW HS.

Gyrophobia 4 -

Same armour (titanium 3), same drive same weapon apart from the fact that they are perm 80 longs not short
Pros -
More stable
More powerful & can destroy other robots quicker (dunno why)
One more ant batt
Iron tips which cause some damage.

Cons -
Exposed weapon motor

What do you think?

I'm sorry, but I don't like it ATM. I think the DSL bar should be longer, and the stabelizers at the front should not be in the way of the weapon, because what will happen is the robot will hit the spikes, not the hammers.
